Do you work on all makes and models?
Yes. We service and repair most passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles (bakkies), petrol and diesel. If you drive something unusual, give us a call and we'll let you know.
Will I get a quote before any work is done?
Always. After inspecting or diagnosing your vehicle we give you a clear quote and only start once you approve it. If we find anything else during the job, we contact you first.
Will servicing my car with you affect my warranty?
Independent servicing with quality parts done to the manufacturer's specification is your right. We stamp your service book and keep a record of the work done. If your car is under a motor plan, please mention it when booking.
How long does a service take?
Most standard services are completed on the same day if the vehicle is dropped off in the morning. Larger repairs depend on parts availability — we will give you an estimated completion time with your quote.
Can I send photos or videos of the problem?
Yes — WhatsApp us on 084 287 6141 with photos, videos or a recording of the noise. It helps us give you a better idea of the problem before you come in.
Which payment methods do you accept?
